We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Every payment is processed securely at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes and order values. If it is available for your address, you will see the option at checkout.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times can vary a little depending on your location and the size of the product.
Yes. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once your order ships, we send you tracking details by email and SMS. Use the link in that message to follow your parcel until it reaches you.
We do our best to show every product as it really looks. Small differences can appear because of screen settings and lighting, and handcrafted pieces may vary slightly from one to the next.
We are sorry if that happens. Please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
